Yes, Tuesday was special for so many reasons. It was July 13th which made it Kit's 4 1/2 birthday! We celebrate those...Jed is already counting down for his (that would be October 26th, if you're wondering!). So, Roger and I got him a cake...here are a few shots of the preparations...Shannon and Jed putting 4 and a
half candles on the cake!
Unfortunately, as we had other friends over for a cookout that evening, things ran a little late, and Kit passed out on the sofa before we were ready to do the cake. We had to wake him up, and he was a little slow to get into the groove of the celebration. Of course, it was cake, so he eventually
did get his groove on...and ate
THREE pieces of that cake!
